Microsoft’s upcoming system, the Xbox One X is just a few months away. The console was fully revealed back in June during Microsoft’s E3 2017 media briefing and the response from both fans and developers was mostly positive. The Xbox One X is set to be the “most powerful console in the world”, sporting advanced technical specifications like 12GB of GDDR5 RAM and a 6-TFLOP processor. Microsoft’s main goal with the Xbox One X is to deliver a console that is capable of providing a ‘true 4K console gaming experience’. It’s advanced capabilities can be seen in games like the upcoming Forza Motorsport 7 which look absolutely gorgeous.
While we know the release date and price of the new system, pre-orders still have yet to open. Fortunately, it looks like the wait will only be around for much longer. According to a recent Tweet from the Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, all the plans are coming together nicely and pre-orders are expected to open very soon. Here’s the tweet:
Our plan is set for this. All approvals are done so now just landing the announce with all the info, won't be too much longer.

When pre-orders do open, the Xbox One X will be going for $500 (USD) and will release worldwide on November 7th. It will be interesting to see what the sales will be when the system drops this Winter.
