Bigben Interactive and Breakpoint Studio have announced Tennis World Tour for PC and consoles. The game is being made by some of the team responsible for Top Spin 4 and aims to provide ‘a faithful tennis simulation that translates into demanding gameplay during rallies, a wide range of playing styles and a strategic preparation that influences the course of each match’. Pierre André, Game Designer on Tennis World Tour and former Producer on Top Spin 4 had this to say –

For years we’ve wanted to create a new tennis game, a spiritual successor to Top Spin 4. Technical evolutions now mean we can create the ultra-realistic simulation that we’ve been dreaming of.

The game will feature 30 playable tennis stars including Roger Federer, Gaël Monfils, Angelique Kerber, Garbiñe Muguruza and more. Further details of the title will be released during Gamescom in August.

Tennis World Tour will launch for PC, PlayStation 4, and XBox One in 2018.
